North along the coast
From the town, the coast north of Ulcinj is ninety minutes to Budva, about eighty-five to Sveti Stefan and about forty to Bar. Further round, Kotor is about two hours each way.
If the trip leaves the country
Albania is closer to Ulcinj than Budva is: the crossing is about half an hour away and Shkoder about an hour in total. In the booking, what a border crossing needs is the cross-border add-on, chosen on a car that offers it.

Rental cars are allowed on paved public roads only. Where a beach turn-off gives out into sand, the car is outside the conditions.
